Peer Review Workshops
Background
Fourth Peer Review Workshop, Brussels, 10-11 June 2007
Third Peer Review Workshop, Ljubljana, 21-23 February 2007
Second Peer Review, London 13-15 September 2006
First Peer Review, Amsterdam 2-5 April 2006
Background
In order to realise this overall goal the project will develop and undertake four transnational peer review workshops. Three of the workshops would focus on one of the specific sub-themes outlined above:
- cross-sectoral work;
- broader approaches to learning;
- use of the "target group" in service delivery.
The fourth workshop would have a cross-cutting focus. Each workshop would bring together a delegation of around 5 participants from a Local Action Group that each partner will establish at the outset of this project. These LAGs would be cross sectoral, and connect into regional, national and local actors and ensure involvement of participants who would bring direct experience into the exchange process.

First Peer Review Workshop
The first Peer Review Workshop took place in Amsterdam on 2-5 April 2006.
The workshop focused on the need of education, training and business sectors to co-operate in developing new ways of identifying and catering for the varied needs of young people as individuals. Therefore, the Peer Review will examine initiatives that are being taken to develop more flexible approaches and greater diversity in pathways, breaking down the historical demarcation between work, training and education.
