QeC-ERAN has currently members and associates across the EU27 member states. Membership is open to municipalities, local public authorities and NGOs in the field of social inclusion and socio-economic regeneration in urban areas. Participation within the network seeks to prioritise the participation of local/neighbourhood councils which are directly involved / responsible for the democratic management of areas of multiple challenges and new opportunities.
The office of QeC-ERAN is based in Brussels and consists of a small devoted team of experts in urban regeneration issues and EU institutions and related policies.
The Executive Bureau consists of 7 members and is elected every two years by the General Assembly. The Bureau meets 4 times a year to ensure the implementation of the network's work programme.
