Reintegration consulent, having intake’s and decide if people are able to participate in the project. In the project we re-activate people and observe them in a traject and train them to be able to get a job. We do that in different trjaect for example carpenting, administration, catering and welding.

I origanally am a farmacy assistant and I have been doing that for almost 25 years. I've been working also as a voluntery during a long time by making radio en support and advice people. I am also a certified trainer giving computing lessons for beginners, money budgetting and also as an certified e learning trainer. The last two years I was also active in political issues as a duo ( not chosen) counseler.

In the field of participation I lead a project that creates a forum / platform for participation for social economic renewal (the SEO). The composition of the SEO assures a "bottom-up" and "top-down" coordination in terms of information and communication. It also steers and coordinates the social economic strategy development within the frames of the agreement of government of the executive committee of the city council.
It enhances the communication between all participating partners. One can also start a discussion on a specific theme on our website.
