Current Work:
My main function is master house painter. I employ 6 persons.
- 3 salaries highly qualified (all are trained by means of the learning in alternation in company)

I began my professional activity at 16 years old in the national marines, then, I set up in 1976 in Alpes de Haute Provence at 22 years old, as house painter. Since 1976, I gave no rest until my enterprise perpetuates by providing necessary evolutions for the good progress of this one.
Education and Professional Training:
I moved in time by being a self-taught man. Nevertheless, in 1994, I passed a master diploma that enables me to structure my activity. Actually, I sit for a higher technical diploma in building and finishing off thanks to Recognition of professional experience (VAE). I followed courses in a managers school of CAPEB in 1995 that enabled me to deal with important functions inside my professional organisation.
Professional areas of interest:
The learning, the equal opportunities, the parity, the promotion of value from artisans in general and from building in particular. The day-to-day defence and promotion of this branch on the ground but also with the elected members and with the educational system.

President of the jury of examinations as adviser of technological education. President of the regional joint commission of the employment and the vocational training. Artisan messenger to the title of the promotion of craft building in schools.

Current Work:
I am working in a passenger transportation company, the RDT 13, as a driver conductor. Moreover, I am an union representative of the CGT - General Confederation of Labour - (trade union). This function is :

My job as driver enables me to be in touch with travel agencies, various associations and enterprises (Enterprises Committee) which wish to travel by bus. My function as union representative enables me to be in contact with organisms of the CGT, such as, the Local Union, the Departmental Union, the Federation of transports and the confederation, as well as various inter-professional representatives.
