General Outline

This project has been funded through the Social Action Programme linked to tackling Poverty and Social Exclusion. The overall aim of the project is to gather information and examples of good practice in relation to tackling the issue of homelessness. The project seeks to in particular identify approaches that seek to empower the target groups. In particular the project recognises the different experience of women and therefore has this dimension as a specific focus.

Phase one of the project began in December 2002. QeC-ERAN is a partner in this project alongside Poznan, Edinburgh, Manchester, Southampton, Turin, Vienna, Malmo and Aarhus.
