Capacity building resources

The capacity building resources had two elements :

1. an overview of the human rights and anti-discrimination legal context in relation to discrimination against Roma
2. good practice case studies from outside the partnership and sources of support and funding from non-EU organisations.

The two elements in the capacity building resource were created in response to needs expressed by participants in the capacity building programmes that partners organsised.
